The hotel is conveniently located for those visiting the fair, with direct public transport links. the picturesque gardens behind the hotel provide a nice escape from the bustle. the breakfast is also a highlight with a variety of options continuously replenished. the rooms are clean and well equipped, with friendly staff providing excellent service.
The lack of attention to detail in certain aspects, such as the outdated and ragged towels and the shower head that cannot stand by itself, detracts from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Very helpful and friendly personnel. Extra bed added easily. Good and safe location. Nice places to eat at reasonable prices. Free parking. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast.

Great stay for a city break! The location was spot on, with lots of affordable dining choices nearby. The continental breakfast was decent, with a good choice of items. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the free parking, which is such a relief in the city. The decor was a bit dated but added a touch of quaint charm to the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was substantial and replenished frequently. the location, whilst not immediately close to public transport, was still feasible to walk to popular sights in around 20 minutes.
The pillows provided were quite thin and the room lacked enough functioning electrical sockets. the showerhead also had difficulty standing by itself.

We had a great stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. the facilities were clean, including the rooms, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options.
